Travel Permission Forms

  • Travel Permission Form (Word, Fillable PDF)

  • If you need a Natural Family Travel or Visit Permission Form, please let us know. Visits to/from natural family or friends in the U.S. are only considered beginning February 1 on a case-by-case basis.

Note that international travel while on program is not permitted by your exchange program. All requests related to international travel (including to neighboring countries like Canada and Mexico or cruises with international stops) will be denied.

Required Monthly Reports:

Each month you are in the U.S., you are required to complete a report by the end of the month.

You will receive an email around the 20th of each month with a new link, but we are also sharing the links to each month below for reference.

  • August Report (only for students who arrived August 20 or earlier)
