Documentary Featuring ExCEL Participants Debuts on Lithuanian National Television 
 
On April 26, 2012, the Lithuanian National Radio and Television (LRT) channel will premiere a documentary featuring participants from the Exchanges for Culture, Education, and Leadership program (ExCEL). Funded by the U.S. State Department, the documentary shares the experiences of Lithuanian high school students studying abroad in the U.S.
