About Nojus
Nojus comes from an active family that loves the outdoors, sharing, “Everybody in my family is a fan of nature!” He is used to being a responsible member of the household and happily helps with chores such as washing the dishes, taking out the trash, and keeping his room tidy. One of his favorite routines is preparing Sunday breakfast with his siblings, which reflects his cheerful attitude and willingness to contribute.
An energetic and disciplined young person, Nojus is passionate about swimming as it helps him “build a strong character.” In addition to swimming, Nojus enjoys soccer, rowing, cycling, and playing basketball with friends. Whether in sports or everyday life, he values teamwork and enjoys being part of a group. He is sociable and makes friends easily, both at school and through athletics, and is excited to meet new people in his host community and at school. At the same time, Nojus appreciates quieter moments where he can read, paint, spend time with animals, or play board games with family and friends.
Nojus is curious about the world and excited to experience life in the United States. He is eager to try new sports like American football or lacrosse, experience new traditions, and learn in a different school environment. He is looking forwards to sharing his culture while also learning about his host family’s way of life, writing, “I hope that we’ll build a warm and long-lasting relationship!”
